Can I get the money back? If I have transferred money to someone that I do not really know well and now he/she has been disappeared?
Please check carefully when you transfer money to someone you do not really know well.
If we transferred money to the beneficiary account successfully, you cannot request for the refund. This is because we have made the transaction lawfully according to transfer instruction, on your behalf.
The fees from originated country (Australia) and in Thailand are non-refundable. This including correction and amendment fee.
