Money not received?
What steps should I do if the beneficiary has not received money?
Please call us immediately.
Case 1: If we have found that it is because of our error, we will submit the instructions through as soon as possible.
Case 2: If we have found that it is because of our bank or intermediary bankproblem, please allow 24-48 business hours for the problem to be resolved.
Our best advise is to check with the beneficiary to see if he/she has received the money within 7 days. Also, ask the beneficiary to update his/her bankstatement or bank book regularly. We believe that if you or the beneficiary always check these recent transaction, when there is an error, we can retrieve the record and resolve them very quickly.
