Please note: The instruction fee is $40 per instruction.
If you have been contacted and need to lodge a “Change of Transfer Instruction Form”, please fill in all details on this form. Then, bring the original receipt and your Identification document to see our branch manager. Then, we will submit your transfer instruction as soon as possible.
If you are a phone banking customer, please fill in this form. Then, make a copy of your Identification document and fax to us. Alternatively, you can scan all documents and e-mail to support@first247.com. Then, we will submit your transfer instruction as soon as possible.
The result will be notified by SMS.
